		<description>I see it this way. If you want efficiency, then you&#039;ll start with a low powered processor and parts. These won&#039;t need too much cooling, perhaps even none at all.

If you need a water cooling solution, you&#039;re probably running something very fast, that is not the most efficient anyway. So the extra power consumption, which is probably pretty negligible anyway, will not be the most important factor.</description>
